AURA SOMA CONSULTANT, HEALER & LIFESTYLE GUIDE
My passion for personal development and spirituality started young and I started that by working as a Hair and Make-up Stylist for Film and TV. Throughout this time I always worked on myself with healing workshops and courses to live my best self. I became a Ryoho Yoga Consultant which includes the body as a whole in the food you eat and your body movement as medicine. After having a child, I wanted to go deeper into the spiritual and became an Aura Soma Consultant to further understand the power and impact of colour. Most recently I wanted to explore the Plaidian Light Work modality as I had been impacted by practitioners work they did on me and feel it’s a wonderful addition to the tool kit.
