CORPORATE PROGRAM

Discover our Transformative Workshops designed to empower businesses by unlocking the potential of hiring and collaborating with women aged 50 and beyond.
AGEISM is the most accepted form of discrimination in the world and it most commonly occurs in the workplace.
This can take the form of not hiring or promoting older workers, or unfairly dismissing them based on their age. In some cases, older workers may be paid less than their younger counterparts for the same work. This type of ageism can have a significant impact on an individual’s financial security and ability to support themselves in their later years.
The goal of the AGERICH Program is for…
✚ Employers to see the value in hiring 50+ women employees:
This well designed program highlights the unique skills, experiences, and perspectives that women over 50 bring to the table. This includes their wealth of knowledge, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to various situations. By recognising their value, employers can make more informed hiring decisions and leverage the potential of this underutilized talent pool.
✚ 50+ employees to feel more valued, confident, and inspired:
The AGERICH Program is designed to empower women aged 50 and above by acknowledging their contributions, emphasising their strengths, and addressing potential challenges they may face in the workplace. This fosters a sense of self-worth and confidence in their abilities, inspiring them to achieve their full potential and actively participate in organisational success.
✚ Other employees to see the value in collaborating and working with women aged 50 and a diverse range of ages:
The AGERICH Program helps dispel stereotypes and misconceptions surrounding age, enabling colleagues to appreciate the advantages of working with a diverse age group. By promoting intergenerational collaboration, the program encourages knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovative problem-solving. This enriches the work environment, enhances productivity, and fosters a culture of mutual respect and support among employees of all ages.
✚ Improved decision-making and problem-solving:
A diverse workforce, including employees aged 50 and above, brings together individuals with different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. This diversity fosters more robust decision-making and problem-solving processes, as teams can consider a wider range of ideas and solutions.
✚ Enhanced adaptability and resilience:
The program will emphasise the adaptability and resilience of older employees, who often have experience navigating various challenges and changes throughout their careers. By recognising and leveraging these qualities, organisations can better navigate disruptions, economic fluctuations, and industry transformations.
✚ Boosted customer relations and satisfaction:
Programs that promotes age diversity and inclusivity also helps organisations better understand and cater to the needs of a diverse customer base. With a workforce that reflects the age spectrum of their clients, companies can more effectively connect with customers and address their unique requirements.
✚ Encouraging mentorship and personal growth:
The AGERICH Program will facilitate the establishment of mentorship programs, enabling younger employees to learn from the valuable insights and experiences of their older counterparts. This fosters personal and professional growth across the organisation, contributing to overall employee satisfaction and development.
By implementing this effective program to counter ageism, organisations can benefit from a more diverse, inclusive, and productive workforce, ultimately contributing to their long-term success and competitiveness in the market.

Our Approach
To Change, we must transform all parts of the Self

Emotional
Step 1 THE MIND
When working with the mind, we need to cultivate greater presence, develop our emotional intelligence and integrate all aspects of ourselves. This empowers us to make better decisions and embrace responsibility.
However, ageism persists due to society’s fixation on youth, which is amplified by our consumption of social media. This obsession has led to a rise in self-esteem and self-worth issues, particularly for women and men over 50.

Physical
Step 2 THE BODY
The body is all about connection, relationships we form with the self and with others. By understanding the natural cycles that impact us, we can learn to work with them and cultivate greater trust in ourselves as leaders without resorting to force or anger.
However, ageism is a reflection of our society’s obsession with success, wealth, and fame, even at the expense of our physical and mental health. This imbalance highlights the disconnection we have with ourselves, nature, and our communities. As a result, our well-being is in decline.

Intuition
Step 3 THE SPIRIT
Our intuition and instinct involves understanding our role as human beings and how to navigate the challenges that come our way. This includes discovering our ultimate purpose and integrating it with the values and goals of the organisations we are part of.
However, ageism has emerged from the cultural changes that have occurred over the years, which have placed less value on community and cultural rituals that honour the stages and phases of life, as well as the roles of our elders. This decline in cultural traditions has contributed to the marginalisation and devaluation of older adults, further perpetuating ageism in our society.
