REFUNDS
Please select your items thoughtfully, as we cannot provide refunds unless a product is defective. Every items is packed and photographed prior to being posted in it's condition, if postage damage occurs then please provide a photo of the damage with an explanation and email us at team@mrsv.com.au.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the product is defective, please take a photo and email us at team@mrsv.com.au, with an explanation of what is defective.
EXCHANGES
We do however offer exchanges on some items, please email us at team@mrsv.com.au with the order details, a photo of the item and a link of what you would like to exchange it for.
