WHO ARE YOU?
Hi, I’m Carrie Benedet. I started to work with Scarlett about three years ago.
WHEN DID YOU START WORKING WITH MRS V?
You know, when I came to her, I was feeling excited about a new venture. I just left a large organisation and an unspent 23 years. So I was curious about what it was I had to learn, what it was I might have to do, and feeling probably a little bit inadequate about… Can I do it?
WHY DID YOU SEE MRS V?
My goal when I first came to work with Scarlett was really around the marketing or the branding, or what I thought the marketing and the branding was, there’s no better person to have taken me on that journey, than Scarlett.
WHAT WAS YOUR GOAL?
My goal was to start a business, to not rely on somebody else giving me a paycheck, even though that was a pretty scary territory. It was to do something on my own and to do more of what I loved doing. So Scarlet has enabled me to test, trust, and create more than what I thought was possible.
HOW WAS THE EXPERIENCE?
My experience has been, I think, pretty amazing. The creativity, it’s allowed me and the type of things that I’ve been able to do, and the people I have connected to, have been life-giving experiences.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT NOW?
I’d have to say, I’m different now because I march to my drum.
WHAT DON’T PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THE MRS V MAKEOVER?
Well, what people don’t know about the Mrs. V Makeover is that it’s highly personal. It is intuitive, as well as experiential, it brings in expertise and a way of looking through different lenses to what we need. It’s a great experience of learning and of developing a circle around you, who you know, you can trust because they will shout out for you, they will back you, but they’ll also challenge you.
TELL US ABOUT MRS V’S COACHING?
Scarlett’s coaching style is very intuitive. It is based on the huge amount of expertise in the branding and marketing area, by her self-development also comes through where she will share her vulnerability, but also encourage you to use your vulnerability to the best example as well. It’s been a journey that I have cherished. I’m extremely grateful that I trusted myself to trust someone such as Scarlett with my best interests.
Scarlett’s honest, she is creative and follows her drum, so to speak, and she encourages you and she will boost you but also challenge you in how you’re thinking about things. I feel extremely privileged to have bumped into her in this lifetime.

I would definitely recommend Scarlett, apart from her great sense of humor, her expertise, her reputation, and her passion, or anyone wanting to have a red hotshot, is amazing.

HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER A COACHING SESSION?

WHAT TAKEAWAYS HAVE YOU RECEIVED?
Well, because of Scarlett, I now feel that I am far more confident, that I know who my clients are. I am very willing to look differently at a situation than I would have three months ago. I’m also open to being creative and looking at ways that engage others. Scarlett has a big heart and she attracts people who are diverse, who trust their intuition, their interests, their passions, and beliefs, for a better world. I think my journey has been full of courage. also full of love and respect. And Scarlett has made that possible.
