MY STORY
Scarlett is the founder of The Highland Woman, a platform and community dedicated to advancing women in business through the power of connection.
With a 25-year career in media and advertising, she worked with Hollywood talents like Nicole Kidman and Jack Thompson, collaborated with brands including Disney, David Jones and Westfield, and became one of Australia’s first female television commercial directors. She later moved into senior leadership roles, bringing her creative and strategic lens to one of the country’s largest financial institutions.
Over the past decade, Scarlett has translated that experience into connection-led brand strategy, mentorship and curated networks that help women grow thriving businesses and lives. Through The Highland Woman, she hosts salons, retreats and learning experiences designed to turn connection into confidence, collaboration and meaningful growth.
Scarlett is a sought-after speaker and facilitator on connection-led business, creative leadership and the future of women’s work.
ABOUT MRS V
WHO IS MRS V?

My path to an authentic life has been a radical return to connection—beginning with self. By accepting every part of who I am, even the pieces I once resisted, I rebuilt trust in myself and the unfolding of life. Accountability became the turning point: when we own our choices, we reclaim our power. Creativity, to me, isn’t a talent—it’s our birthright. It’s the courage to explore, to sit with the unknown and the truth, and to see what emerges. As a teacher of the Power of Connection, my gift is seeing your highest potential, naming the patterns that keep you stuck, and translating insight into simple practices that restore confidence, clarity and momentum. When you reconnect to self, your North Star stops feeling distant and starts feeling inevitable.
If you’re curious about what finding your authentic self entails, it starts by choosing connection over perfection—pausing to listen within, naming what matters, and taking the first brave step.
