With a 25-year career in media and advertising, Scarlett built a strong foundation in business and creative innovation. She worked with Hollywood A-listers like Nicole Kidman and Jack Thompson and became one of Australia’s first female television commercial directors. Throughout her career she collaborated with brands including Disney, David Jones, and Westfield, and later served as Head of Broadcast at Commonwealth Bank.

In her second act, Scarlett discovered that true success lives in connection and community. She has since dedicated her work to supporting women in their personal development strengthening their self-belief, confidence, and ambition. Through this work, and witnessing an increasingly turbulent world, she has only deepened her belief that people thrive through meaningful connection. In 2026, she expanded this mission by creating The Highland Woman Club, and today continues to champion one of the most important conversations of our time: the power of connection.
