Over the last 12 months we’ve discovered the value of family and our health. Work has taken a backseat, but survival has come to the fore. In fact survival has taken on a whole new meaning.
114 million jobs have been lost, and the change has been formed, not just through COVID-19 but people now are wanting more from life. They want meaning and purpose. They want to belong to a greater cause.
That cause is calling to us to seek something deeper and richer than that of our job, the car we drive or the clothes we wear. It’s calling us to look to what matters and remind us of who we are and where we came from.
To connect without agenda, to express without judgement and to envision without attachment.
Where is this place?
The lack is causing people to suffer from isolation, depression and fear. We know in recent studies people who feel they belong are six-times more likely to be more highly engaged and “un-belonging’ encourages people to give up or sabotage their work. The global yearning to find purpose and a sense of belonging is the deep opening of our true nature. It’s the magnet of source switching on your ability to feel your truth.
The journey is sacred and terrifying, because right now we don’t belong. Right now we are learning to see the truth and feel the disconnection and heal.
Through the healing, we will all start to see the invisible bond that connects us in spirit, connects us to mother earth, and to each other.
Until then, feel the calling to purpose as a guided whisper, to once again know all that we are, all that we were, and all that we will be.
